Order confirmation

Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

Ordering

DORI EYEWEAR holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel DORI EYEWEAR to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order when the item is unpacked and unused. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

Taxes

All prices shown on DORI EYEWEAR's website, www.dorieyewear.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. How do I return?

We only accept returns that are not older than 14 days.
Go to the return center, click here to go
Fill in all details as clearly as possible.
Important: We do not accept returns that are not registered at the return center. In this case your package will be sent back to you.
Dori Eyewear is not responsible for the return costs and/or lost shipments.

What items are returnable?

Within 14 days from the date of purchase
In unused and resellable condition
In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Used products
Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Returns are at your own risk, which means that DORI EYEWEAR will not include a return label with your order. The additional cost for returning the order is for the sender.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
